They are all very customer friendly and have a lot of repeat customers. I'm not exactly sure how they all do nails (I'm sure they are great) but William is fantastic! I have been going to him for my nails for about 2 yrs. It can be a bit pricey especially for a fill, its pretty much the same price as new set. That would be my only complaint.
